Brittany Sanders, Therapist/Owner
Brittany Sanders, Therapist/Owner
I obtained my graduate degree from the University of Michigan, situated in Ann Arbor, graduating with a Master's in Social Work in 2013. Launching into my professional journey, I commenced my clinical career at local non-profit organizations, specializing in home-based therapy tailored to support mothers and infants. My dedication to assisting others has been ingrained since youth, and I steadfastly pursued this passion through my clinical endeavors. Following five years dedicated to home-based therapy, I transitioned into private practice within a group setting, eventually founding my own practice amidst the challenges of the 2020 pandemic.
I've had the privilege of collaborating with various groups and programs throughout the United States. As a pandemic relief therapist, I partnered with the Boris P. Henson Foundation, established by Taraji P. Henson. Additionally, I've served as a guest speaker and participated in mental health panels, specifically addressing the support needs of clinicians of color. I also played a role in establishing a peer-to-peer supervision group on a social media platform. My expertise lies in modalities designed to alleviate depression, anxiety, and ADHD symptoms, enabling me to provide specialized support to those in need.
